At Speedy Lawn & Snow, we believe you should only pay for work that’s actually been completed. That’s why our services — including most monthly plans — are billed after the work is done, never before. You’ll never have to pre-pay or wonder if the job will get finished. While a small number of accounts, such as HOAs and certain commercial properties, may be billed on the 1st of the month due to their contract structure, the vast majority of our clients are invoiced only once the service has been fully performed. For larger projects over $1,000, we require a 50% deposit to secure the job, with the remaining balance billed only after the work is completed to your satisfaction. Unlike many small companies that charge flat monthly fees upfront, we operate on a performance-first model that keeps your investment tied directly to real, reliable service. It’s simple: we do the work, then you pay. Every month. Every time.
